Oceanside is the second most desirable city in the nation, with a mild climate that allows year-round enjoyment of all that the city has to offer. With an average annual temperature around 72 degrees, Oceanside becomes the fifth most desirable city in the world.

Residents can enjoy world class shopping, amazing dining, and spectacular views, all extremely locally. The San Luis Rey Trail is a bicycle and pedestrian trails system that partners with the Blue Bikes program, which offers all visitors to the trail free bike access.
