Tammy Ezzet

A former human resources professional, Tammy has been providing solutions to her clients for over 20 years. Parlaying her expertise into the real estate profession, her deep-rooted relationships are the foundation of her philosophy. Tammy prioritizes cultivating harmony and building trust with each client while being a sharp negotiator, showing patience and ensuring her clients achieve their end goal. An Ohio native, she has lived in North County San Diego for over two decades. She is a Florida State alumnus and earned a BS degree in business, and a master’s degree in business/health care administration. Her strong business background is reflected in her tireless efforts to advocate for her clients with assertive and unique marketing and negotiating insights.

She and her husband Kace (an orthopaedic surgeon at Scripps) moved from La Jolla to The Crosby Estates in 2005. They have raised their two children in this wonderful neighborhood, volunteered in many local charity initiatives and built their lives in this amazing community. Their kids attended preschool in Solana Beach, and attended the local public elementary, middle and high schools in the Solana Beach and San Dieguito Union High School districts.
She strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment while always meeting clients’ needs in every business dealing. She treats every real estate transaction as carefully and as passionately as if it were for her own family.

In her spare time, you may find Tammy walking the beach in Del Mar, attending the local farmer’s market, volunteering at her kid’s schools or attending concerts of classic rock and 80’s bands when they come to town.
