When we first considered listing our home, we had a budget set for improvements. David and Julie consulted with us and made recommendations for upgrades that would help the home sell that stayed within our budget. When we were ready to start the home improvements, they provided us with a list of service providers that they trusted. If we were not available, they scheduled and met service providers at the home in order to complete the work in a timely manner. They have a relaxed, calm style as they discussed the buying and selling process with us. We were extremely impressed with the staging. Since we had already moved to our new home, the staging really utilized the empty space and set a lovely ambiance. Once our house was listed, there were multiple open houses each weekend. Wonderful photos and a promotional brochure with pictures and information about the home were used to entice potential buyers as we moved to our new home, we were appreciative to be able to use their moving truck to start transporting our belongings. We are so grateful for their assistance and we love our new home.
